Bulk Beef
Purchasing beef in bulk (a share of an animal) is an economical way to get AquaTerra Farm’s quality beef. All of the grass-fed & grass-finished beef comes from our cattle that are 18 - 30 months old, raised in a free-range environment throughout their lives with natural forage (Fescue, Orchardgrass, clover, etc.), weaned after 6 months and always handled humanely. In addition to following Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) guidelines, We NEVER use hormones or steroids. This produces the most flavorful, natural and healthy beef around.
We offer bulk beef in quarter, half or whole cow. When purchasing beef in bulk, the frozen packages are evenly divided between the shares. The total amount of processed beef per animal is between 250 - 350 lbs. with cattle that are raised naturally, grass-finishing and processing when young (18-30 months and approx. 800-1000 lbs.).
The price is by the pound for actual packaged beef (e.g., ground beef, steaks, roasts, etc.). A deposit is made when placing the order with the final amount is calculated and paid when the processed beef packages are picked up.
