These are red cayenne peppers with a flavor that is sweet and hot with thin walls. We use Red Rocket organic seeds and grow them year-round in our “hot” greenhouse. They NEVER see harsh chemicals and are great to use fresh or partially dried versus powder from a store - you know what is in ours...
