This is a traditional Japanese Shishito pepper are 2-4", heavily
wrinkled peppers with thin-walls that are mild (no heat) when green, and slightly
sweet and spicy when red. Popular in Japan where its thin walls make it
particularly suitable for tempura. This is also a great substitute for a green bell pepper.
